Stress can be an actor's worst enemy. Enjoy learning yogic breathing and mindful movement to relieve stress, and put the body and mind in a peak performance state so you'll leave class feeling revived, centered and calm.

Kim will also demonstrate how certain breathing techniques can help you project your voice on stage and eliminate performance anxiety.

Furthermore, Kim will show how yoga can help you, as a performer, not only warm up BEFORE a performance, but also unwind AFTER a performance and return to a state of inner peace.
