I am a yoga teacher and holistic health coach. I use my knowledge of yoga, pranayama, nutrition, and meditation training to help others relieve stress, build strength, increase flexibility, and practice mindfulness.
It is my mission to cultivate confidence, and empower everyone I encounter to take charge of their lives and their health to become the best version of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally.
I believe yoga is a deeply personal process and each practice needs to reflect your unique goals. I love to create customized classes to help you find your unique flow.
